A workspace is the home for one brand, business, or client and its social channels. Connect one account of each channel type inside it. Upgrade when you need separate homes for more brands or clients.
Every plan includes all supported channel types in every workspace, with one account per channel. Connecting a second account of the same channel type requires another workspace. Availability and capabilities still vary by channel and rollout.
A first-time account receives 100 text outputs, 200 Credits, and 1 workspace for 15 days. Trial Credits expire when the trial ends. The trial is not a permanent Free plan and is not restarted for returning accounts.
Included text outputs are used first for AI writing. Beyond that allowance, each successful independent text output costs 1 Credit; one generation may contain multiple outputs. The shared Credit wallet also pays for quoted image and video generation. Manual writing and uploading existing media use neither.
Yes. Included text outputs and Credits are shared across the account, not multiplied by the number of workspaces. Adding a workspace does not add another text allowance or monthly Credit gift.
Cost varies by the selected model and supported generation parameters. Pospo shows the Credit quote in Compose before generation, so there is no universal image or video price.
You can upgrade for a larger monthly allowance or buy a Credit pack when checkout is available. Payment buttons remain disabled when no payment provider is available; Pospo does not silently switch providers after an uncertain payment.
Trial Credits expire at the end of the trial. Monthly gifted Credits expire at the end of their billing period, and unused included text does not roll over. Purchased Credits do not expire with your subscription. Admin grants may follow a different stated policy.
A scheduled plan change takes effect at the next successfully paid period. Existing subscriptions keep their original payment provider; the configured default provider applies to new purchases.
